Welcome to Linda Mar Veterinary Hospital & Coastal Cat Clinic

We at Linda Mar Veterinary Hospital are dedicated to providing the very best in veterinary care. We embrace the special bond between people and their pets in an atmosphere of caring and compassion. We are proud to be the only animal hospital in San Mateo County to be awarded the Checkbook Guide's top rating for both quality and price.

Our main facility and our exclusively-feline sister hospital, Coastal Cat Clinic, are both in beautiful Pacifica - conveniently located for pet owners in San Francisco and the northern peninsula. At Linda Mar Veterinary Hospital, we offer weekend and extended evening appointments, as well as a dog vaccine clinic each Tuesday evening at 7pm.

Warm Weather
With the warm weather upon us please be sure that your pets have adequate access to fresh water. Keeping hydrated is extremely important.

Vaccines
Be sure your vaccines are up to date. Especially if you are planning on boarding your small animal companion, most kennels require a minimum of 7-10 days between your boarding date and when the updated vaccines are given.

New Member to the Family
With puppy and kitten season in full swing, many people find this the best time to add another member to their furry family.  Be sure you do a little research prior to picking out your new pet.
