Appointment Policy

Appointments are required, except in cases of emergency. Please call us during regular business hours to schedule an appointment.

If your pet experiences a medical emergency during normal business hours, please call ahead to notify our staff and allow us to make necessary preparations. We handle all emergencies on a priority basis.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, we require all dogs to be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. If you have an aggressive dog, please leave your dog in the car and inform staff so that we may clear the waiting room for the safety of our patients.

All cats must arrive in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. If you do not have a carrier, please stop in and buy a cardboard carrier prior to your appointment. For quickest service, please sign in at our Check-In desk immediately upon arrival.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks. In the event of unexpected expenses, Care Credit is available. Care Credit is a flexible client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses. This makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures needed for you your pet's care.

Prescription Policy

When needing a prescription refilled by our hospital or for the prescription to be called in to another pharmacy (i.e.- Costco, Walgreens, Rite Aid), please allow 24 hours for the processing, handling and/or filling of your prescription.

We do not support the use of online pharmacies (e.g. 1-800-PetMeds, etc.). If you choose to use one of these services we may provide a written prescription for you to submit for that use, but will not fill requests solicited by the pharmacy directly.
